In recent months Phil has demonstrated a consistent affinity for army clothes, temporary tattoos, and nail polish.

Though I have no idea whether these preferences will persist or what other predilections might accompany them, it’s good to know that “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” has been repealed, just in case.
