Yesterday was an exciting one for Phil, as he went to Bartell Drugs to buy something with his own money. Consistent with his long-term interest in law enforcement, he chose a product called Funtastic Chrome Hand Cuffs ($1.49 plus tax).
One hopes that adult policemen do not use hand cuffs that are “funtastic,” or think of them as such.
