Average interval times for my 200-meter-repeat track workouts so far in 2023:
March 8th: 38.5 seconds
March 26th: 37.4 seconds
April 1st: 37.1 seconds
Today (i.e., my first workout since writing yesterday’s post and watching two Ted Lasso episodes last night): 36.5 seconds
