The last time I wrote something for RunnersWorld.com just before a big race, the race was a disaster. Perhaps things will go better this time.

Greg – neat post and neat blog. I'm a Williams alum (2007) who took up running about a year ago and now I'm hooked! Anyway, just wanted to say your blog's provided me with some interesting thoughts and good motivation. Plus, it's always good fun running into Williams folks around the world (wide web).
