Snow contest
December 28, 2010We’re stuck in New York City as a result of the snowstorm that caused the cancellation of our flight. Today we walked through Central Park and saw, among other things, a nicely made snowman.
“Look at that great snowman!” I said to Phil. “It has a carrot for a nose and a scarf and everything. Do you think that one is better than the one we made in Vermont?”
“No,” Phil replied confidently.
“No? Why not?”
“Ours has a gun.”
